Rogers’ digital-video recording (DVR) company announced Tuesday that it inked a pact with Verizon Wireless. The partnership will yield a service called TiVo Mobile, geared to elevate the reach of Rogers’ firm above and beyond its set-top-boxes and TVs–and connect its eponymous service to cell phones.
